Sullivan Award Nominees Sought

>>>Nominations are being accepted for the Sullivan Award for Public Library Administrators Supporting Services to Children, an annual award consisting of a commemorative gift and a 24k gold framed citation.  The citation is presented to an individual who has shown exceptional understanding support of public library service to children while have general management/supervisory/administrative responsibility that has included public library service to children in its scope. The donor is Peggy Sullivan, former executive director of the American Library Association (ALA).

The deadline for nominations is Feb. 1, 2018. (deadline may be extended to March 1, please let me know if you need more time)<<<

Please nominate an administrator — maybe there is an ACL member who qualifies? — you feel is deserving and/or pass the word along to any library colleagues locally or throughout the country who you think might be interested in making a nomination.
