Many interestingly different places (including some unusual spots) to live are depicted in this dream-like tale. Mixed-media illustrations show the same two brown-skinned, dark-haired children in various locations including a treehouse, a train’s box car, and a submarine. These and many other impractical places may be some of the places kids dream of calling home instead of regular, mundane houses.
