Author Lois Duncan Dies: Lois Duncan, author of suspense mysteries for tweens and teens including I Know What You Did Last Summer (Harper, 1973), has died at the age of 82 at her home in Florida. She is survived by her husband. Their youngest daughter was murdered in 1989, and Duncan investigated the crime and wrote about it in the book Who Killed My Daughter? (1992). Duncan’s other books include Killing Mr. Griffin, Stranger With My Face, Down a Dark Hall, and Hotel for Dogs.
